Network Infrastructure Lawyer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and advising on various network related contracts, negotiating property rights, loan agreements and securities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to working across network planning, network operations, delivery, major projects and renewable energy zones.
Key Responsibilities- Review and negotiate contracts for major infrastructure projects and provide business with front end advice.
- Assist with network and regulated matters and review conditions of contracts for transmission infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and effectively communicate advice to executives and senior managers on National Electricity Laws and Rules.
- Advising on impact of regulatory regime on major projects and providing advice on administration of contracts before and during project delivery phase.
- Admitted as Solicitor in Australia or New Zealand.
- 4 years+ PAE projects lawyer experience gained from private practice or inhouse.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on network infrastructure contracts in energy industry.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
