**Civil Engineer – Land Development Opportunity**

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in land development. As a key member of our engineering division, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document subdivisions, roads, drainage, sewer, water, and utilities.
  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D / 12D models, stormwater analysis, and technical drawings.
  • Liaise with councils, service authorities, surveyors, contractors, and planners to ensure project approvals and smooth delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
  • Demonstrated experience in land development, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects (residential and/or industrial).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or 12D (required).
  • Strong understanding of stormwater, drainage, and utility design.
  • Knowledge of WA land development processes, planning requirements, and council approvals.
