Legal Counsel Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level commercial lawyer to join our legal team in Brisbane.

You will have the chance to work on various legal matters, including drafting and advising on client and commercial contracts, research and analysis, and company secretarial support.

  • Drafting and advising on various client and commercial contracts.
  • Assisting with legal matters including privacy and regulatory issues, employment law matters, investigations, disputes and litigation as well as special projects.
  • Researching legal issues and supporting senior lawyers.
  • Company secretarial support.
  • Updating the business on legal developments and providing training.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Laws (or Juris Doctor) and be eligible to practice in an Australian State or Territory. They will also have 2-4 years PQE (private practice experience will be highly regarded).

We are looking for someone with a strong background in commercial law, who can provide valuable support to our team.

As a Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of legal knowledge and expertise within our organisation.
