We're seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality early childhood services that make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with families to help children reach their full potential through effective planning and support.

You'll use your expertise to facilitate access to early childhood supports through collaborative partnerships with community organizations and government agencies.

With a focus on customer-centric care, you'll build strong relationships with families and colleagues alike, ensuring a seamless delivery of services that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support families through a child and family-centred approach, ensuring children receive appropriate interventions based on best practice evidence.
  • Use your diploma or higher qualifications in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Complete functional assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities, determining their needs and ensuring timely referrals to appropriate support pathways.
  • Connect families to community services and mainstream programs to enhance their social participation and access to essential services.
  • Guide families through NDIS plan reassessments, gathering evidence, assisting with goal development, and ensuring the right support is in place.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher qualifications in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with children and families in an early childhood setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Familiarity with the NDIS and its framework, including the Early Childhood Approach.
