We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Management Excellence Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and implementation of tools, processes, and insights to drive best-in-class RGM analysis and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the RGM excellence three-year roadmap, considering short and long-term system, tool, process, and people component requirements.
  • Develop key RGM foundational requirements, including process design and mapping, stakeholder roles and requirements, project management, report design and creation, automation of RGM tools and reports, advanced analytics, and KPI development and continuous improvement tracking.
  • Guide Power BI developers to automate reporting requirements and liaise with stakeholders to introduce new ways of working.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and gaining alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to generate insights and implement them to improve business performance.
  • Experience working with statistical modeling and analytics, report and process design, and a proactive continuous improvement mindset.
  • Power BI experience is an advantage, but not essential.
