We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Creative Lead to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. As a Senior Creative Lead, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to delivery, working closely with senior creatives and project directors to bring brand concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver innovative design solutions across print, digital, and campaign assets
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Project Managers to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and coaching to help them grow professionally
  • Partner with external suppliers (photographers, copywriters, videographers) to deliver polished outcomes that meet client expectations
  • Represent the creative team in client meetings and presentations, showcasing your expertise and passion for design
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a creative agency or design studio
  • Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in Sketch a plus
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with clients and internal teams
  • Creative, tenacious, and hands-on approach to problem-solving
