Rehabilitation Consultant Job Description\Helpers Patients and Clients in the Central West RegionKey Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders, to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Empower patients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals by understanding healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
\Requirements:
  • Australian recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Rehab Counsellor, along with relevant accreditation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives.
  • Current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
