General Labourer

Central West Labour Hire is a short-term staffing provider, passionate about connecting local workers with local business.

We are looking for General Labourers to join our Casual Workforce. You will be working for local businesses, providing hands-on support when they an extra set of hands.

About you:

• Hold a white-card at minimum. Additional qualifications welcome
• Experience as a labourer doing physical tasks
• Punctual, Reliable and Motivated to do a great job

General duties:

• Carrying out manual labour tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking materials or equipment.
• Assisting tradespeople and machine operators
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
• Preparing and cleaning work areas, including removing debris and maintaining site tidiness.
• Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials like concrete, mortar, or asphalt.
• Using hand tools and power tools
• Assisting with scaffolding setup, temporary fencing, and traffic control

• Short-term opportunities will arise with local businesses. Jobs could be for 1-2 days, or for 1-2 weeks depending on the needs of each client.
