Job Overview

The Systems Analyst plays a vital role in collaborating closely with stakeholders to develop and implement impactful solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.

  • Strong relationship management skills to foster high-value collaborations, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Effective liaison with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and support Product Owners in implementing changes.
  • Evaluating change requests and errors, suggesting solutions, and mitigating strategies to minimize business disruption.
  • Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative teamwork, consulting, and sharing information with own team and seeking input from others to achieve business goals.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on modern business techniques, technologies, and programs relevant to core functions.
  • Attending Agile ceremonies as required, including daily stand-ups, scrums, Nexus, PI Planning, team retrospectives, and team meetings.
  • Leading and participating in Agile chapters, including Design Chapters and design forums.
  • Completing design documents and ensuring their approval.
  • Developing, transferring knowledge, guiding, and mentoring less experienced employees to achieve business outcomes.

Mandatory Expertise:

  • Developing, updating, and reviewing technical design documentation.
  • Working in agile development environments on large-scale release trains.
