Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Risk Management & Surveillance Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and analyze equity and derivatives products across exchanges.
  • Utilize pricing models and Greeks to assess and manage risks.
  • Supervise trading and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly while maintaining high standards of communication.
  • Make critical decisions swiftly related to trading and risk management.
  • Monitor algorithmic trading activities and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Manage limit structures and control mechanisms to mitigate trading risks.
  • Stay informed about SEBI regulations and exchange standards to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial markets, with a focus on equity, derivatives, and option pricing.
  • Proficient in NSE/BSE products, option pricing models, communication, decision-making, algo trading compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, able to manage pressure, proactive, and collaborative.
