Senior Manager or Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Manager to join our Transformation Assurance team in Melbourne. As part of this role, you will help our clients navigate significant transformational change programs, leveraging your expertise in project and program management to drive results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of transformation project and program reviews by reviewing project artefacts and identifying key risks to success;
  • Facilitating effective client interactions to cut through noise and get to the heart of critical issues impacting delivery and outcomes;
  • Communicating impactful insights and suggestions to stakeholders to assist them in delivering strategic outcomes;
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to project directors, executives, and team members in relation to transformation activities;
  • Understanding client needs and developing propositions that demonstrate how we can solve their problems most effectively;
  • Developing our people through coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, providing support where required, and maintaining/enhancing our culture.
