The Opportunity: Spray Painter at Booragoon

We're seeking an experienced Trade Qualified Spray Painter to join our team at Booragoon. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality paint finishes for our customers.

  • You'll be responsible for completing paint jobs according to S.M.A.R.T processes and procedures, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality.
  • Sign-off on final colours, including minor adjustments to achieve a perfect finish.
  • Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by leadership to support the team's goals.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Trade qualification in Spray Painting (essential).
  • Experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential).
  • Full Australian Working Rights and a valid driver's license.
