Capital SMART Repairs: Assembler Role

As an Assembler with Capital SMART Repairs, you'll play a critical role in our team's success. Your primary responsibility will be to reassemble vehicles in accordance with documented procedures and processes. You'll also be responsible for testing and evaluating reassembly for safety and operability, as well as performing any ad hoc duties throughout the workshop as directed by leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reassemble vehicles in accordance with documented procedures and processes
  • Test and evaluate reassembly for safety and operability
  • Perform any ad hoc duties throughout the workshop as directed by leadership
  • Cleaning and polishing vehicles once repairs are complete

Requirements:

  • Automotive laboring skills and knowledge
  • Strong commitment to working safely
  • Good attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, hard working and a team player
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Own car and valid drivers license
