Lead Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced food and beverage supervisor with a proven track record of supervising bar and/or waiting staff.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Grange VIP team. As a lead food and beverage supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily operations while delivering unparalleled customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service, from prompt and courteous food and beverage service to a dynamic and engaging experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise bar and/or waiting staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Coordinate daily operations to meet guest needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of supervising bar and/or waiting staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
  • Current RSA Certificate and RP Badge (or willingness to obtain)
