Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Expert. This role will involve working closely with our Centre Manager and Leadership Team to create a safe and supportive environment for young children to thrive.

As an Early Childhood Education Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality programs that meet the needs of our children and their families. You will work collaboratively with our Educators and Teachers to ensure that our centre is a place where children can learn, grow, and develop.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role
  • Sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF
  • Budget and financial accountability experience
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check
