Capital Transaction Manager Role

The Capital Transaction Manager position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to Brisbane's Urban Wealth Fund. This fund was established to generate sustainable financial returns for the benefit of Brisbane's residents and visitors.

This role allows you to work with a high-performing team, actively shaping the city's future through strategic property investment. You will be involved in buying, selling, divesting, and raising capital across the portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate opportunities, manage due diligence, and divestment processes.
  • Build relationships across the market and present proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate within a small team to achieve results.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in property or property finance with a background in executing transactions.
  • Strong capability in financial modelling and Excel skills.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders, including consultants, agents, partners, and Boards.
  • Formal qualifications in property, commerce, law, or related disciplines.
