Mid-weight UX Designer Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mid-weight UX Designer to join our Consumer Experience team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design of digital experiences centered around consumer and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create interactive prototypes and iterate user flows and wireframes.
  • Conduct research, interpret data, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and findings reports using qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a UX designer.
  • Ability to define problems to solve or opportunities to pursue for mid-complexity projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean UX practices and design language systems.
