Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled high voltage electrician to join our team on a large-scale project in Western Australia. The successful candidate will work on a 20:8-day shift roster, flying in and out from Perth.

The project involves the development of a state-of-the-art urea plant with a capacity of 2.14 million tonnes per annum. Key aspects of the project include EPC for civils, urea handling and storage, loading and unloading facilities, a water treatment plant, a power plant exceeding 100 MW, and site buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for genset, site wiring, test/tag, and all things electrical.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience performing electrical work in a construction environment.
  • A current Australian 'C' Class Driver's License (Mandatory), LV.
  • Work Safely at Heights (mandatory).
  • EWP (mandatory).
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of the Australian Standard AS3000 Australian Wiring Rules.
  • Competent performing and implementing risk assessments.
  • The ability to use tools and equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Sound problem-solving skills.
  • An Electrical License WA.
  • A Construction White/Blue Card.
  • A High Risk license 'WP' (desirable).
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
  • Full Working Rights in Australia.
