Concession Team Leader

The primary objective of this role is to orchestrate a high-performing team by fostering engagement and cultivating a positive work environment. Collaboration with the Store Manager is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective sales strategies, comprehensive product knowledge, and building long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a customer-centric culture, ensuring every interaction is memorable and seamless.
- Empower the team through continuous training, mentorship, and collaboration.
- Work closely with leadership to develop an effective concession strategy.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Implement operational excellence, manage rosters, and maintain back-of-house administration.
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role, managing teams of up to 5 staff.
- An independent leader with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong communication skills.
- A supportive leader, adept at motivating and mentoring teams to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
- Experience working with large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine desire to be part of a dynamic organization and align with its values.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
