Role Summary

This role involves hands-on work to define and design end-to-end solutions that support and enable delivery to meet business needs within the digital transformation project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform based on business needs and requirements.
  • Build and support the implementation of identified solutions.
  • Produce and contribute to artefacts supporting operational teams in their transition.
  • Provide technical advice and support to technical resources and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure developed solutions adhere to relevant policies, standards, and regulatory requirements (Cybersecurity, Privacy, Accessibility).
  • Adhere to IT change release management processes.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in solution design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Ability to lead other technical resources, providing advice and guidance where required.
  • Proficient in analytical problem-solving, software solution architecture, and database administration.
  • Ability to engage with complex and diverse stakeholders at different levels of the organisation, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the solution.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Project Management principles, methodologies, and tools, and their application.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Software Development.

  • Contract length: 12 months
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
  • Interview: Virtual/F2F (where appropriate).
