Disability Employment Professional

We are seeking a Disability Employment Professional to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve employment and independence. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in sourcing employment opportunities, identifying job seekers' skills, and securing employment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and have a passion for delivering innovative employment services. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source employment opportunities for job seekers
- Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
- Create and implement joint job plans to support clear pathways to employment
- Build relationships with local employers and community organisations
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
