Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our multi-year Enterprise Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of continuous integration and delivery pipelines, automating testing and deployment processes.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on design patterns, architecture, and scalability.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, with experience in agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Strong understanding of database concepts, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and career growth opportunities.
