Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating exceptional service experiences for our guests. You will foster a positive work environment, motivate and unite your team through inspiring training and collaboration, and keep the dining experience alive by using guest feedback to make every meal memorable.

You will be an advocate for our brand values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, and Ownership. You will embody these values in everything you do, from providing outstanding customer service to supporting your colleagues in achieving their goals.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered) with previous experience in restaurant supervisory.
  • Holding an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) licence is a must, and an Approved Manager Licence would be highly regarded.
  • Mastery of the Liquor Act and WA laws is essential.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • A positive attitude, responsibility, organisation, and self-motivation are key traits for success in this role.
