Information Security Professional

This role is responsible for assisting project teams in designing and implementing security functions for their deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, compliance assessments, and international security frameworks.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on position that specialises in systems and infrastructure security. The successful candidate will need to possess effective negotiation and communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of security standards such as ISO27001 and ISM.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance on managing identified risks and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Conduct security risk assessments, business impact analysis, and accreditation on complex information systems.
- Investigate major security breaches and recommend control improvements.
- Ensure security risks are considered in business decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of information security policy, standards, and guidelines.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT security architecture and modelling.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing practical solutions to information security risks.
The successful candidate will deliver requirements throughout the agile development process.
