As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes that put people and communities first.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing team of engineers who are leaders in their areas of expertise.

You will work on a broad spectrum of projects, from small to medium-sized developments, including greenfield and brownfield sites, building civil, active transport, and roads projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Civil Site Design: design and documentation of civil engineering elements, including site re-grading, road design, stormwater management, and bulk earthworks.
  • Project Coordination: coordination with internal project resources, architects, external consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Design Review: escalating critical or complex design issues to senior/principal engineers and project managers.
  • Proposal Scoping: assisting in scoping proposals and variations.

In addition, you will:

  • Attend and participate in design coordination meetings.
  • Design and document civil and stormwater engineering elements.
  • Identify and assess design risks and communicate these to senior engineers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience with demonstrated civil design experience within urban development and/or built environment engineering.
  • Working towards CPEng and NER.
  • Experience in delivering civil projects from concept to detailed design to construction.
  • Demonstrated skills in 12d modeling for both civil and stormwater aspects of projects.
