**Freight Coordinator Position**

We are seeking a skilled and efficient freight coordinator to join our logistics team. The role will provide support for daily operations of both domestic and export freight within the despatch department.

The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a good understanding of shipping documentation and be comfortable in a warehousing environment with experience in operating a forklift.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with internal and external contractors/customers
  • Booking transport and preparing documents
  • Picking and packing customer orders and stock takes
  • Ensuring correct paperwork is signed off and communicated back to sales/management

Additionally, the role involves providing quality customer service, general reception duties and working independently. If you have a forklift licence and proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems, this opportunity can help develop your career in a dynamic company.
