Job Description

As a Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily store operations and leading your team end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring strong team engagement by promoting our values, ways of working, and expected behaviors.
  • Leading safety initiatives and driving a safety-first culture within your direct team and across the broader store team.
  • Implementing safety processes to ensure compliance with SOP regulations, delivering safety training, supporting injury management, and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Holding strong communications skills, being able to adapt for our diverse workforce.
  • Effectively managing multiple priorities, team needs, and customer expectations.
  • Interpreting and using data to monitor sales, forecast trends, and drive strategic decision making.
