**About the Team**

As a Product Manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop safety product features and strategies. You will work on in-app safety features, technical strategies to improve our Trust and Safety processes, as well as methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors in the community.

**Responsibilities:**

  • You will identify risks and leverage in-app product solutions or back-end processes to effectively address the risks, working with the engineering team to implement product solutions.
  • You will define a safety product roadmap, set metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success.
  • You will develop expertise in one of Bytedance's emerging products' domains, working as the owner of a specific product or a horizontal scenario.
  • You will develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • 3 or more years of full-time experience in product operation/model operation in internet companies with intermediate to advanced level of data analysis and project management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in AIGC/chatGPT/data labeling, and interest in the artificial intelligence industry.
  • Experience and expertise in content moderation and quality, safety & abuse, and other safety-related initiatives.
  • Experience in project management with cross-functional teams, across different time zones, cultures, and languages.
  • Clear mind, data-driven, able to find, investigate, and solve problems using data results.
  • Be a team player, goal-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
