Insolvency Manager

Key responsibilities include addressing financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies, and other stakeholders.
Our team provides comprehensive solutions in informal restructuring and advisory engagements, as well as formal insolvency matters such as voluntary administrations and receiverships across various industries and businesses of all sizes.
Core skills and qualifications- 5-8+ years of professional restructuring/insolvency experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance-related field.
- Studying Chartered Accounting (CA) program or be CA qualified or the equivalent.
A successful candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and desire to embrace challenges. The role also requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), strong financial analytical and quantitative skills, and knowledge of fundamental accounting and business/commercial principles.
