Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our warehouse operations team as a Container Unloader. In this role, you will be responsible for manually unloading products from shipping containers onto pallets, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload product from shipping containers onto pallets
  • Repetitively lift loads (up to 25kg)
  • Use of shrink wrap to manually wrap palletised goods
  • Operate forklifts to unload palletised goods using container ramps
  • Attach container ramp to shipping containers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a labourer or forklift operator (desired)
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Safety-minded person who can follow strict safety rules in warehousing environments
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Current Drivers Licence and own reliable transport
  • PPE (steel cap boots/high vis shirt)
  • Current high-risk forklift licence (if not already held, we'll assist in obtaining it)
