Job Title: Distillery Equipment Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Distillery Equipment Specialist to operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing projects safely, meeting all quality specifications, and leading a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure assigned process activities are carried out safely within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP standards.
  • Process Execution: Run simple, medium, and complex processes under general supervision of the Production Manager.
  • Calculations and Measurements: Provide accurate calculations of weight, volume, and concentrations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team to execute projects, ensuring they are completed safely, meeting all quality specifications.

  • Reliability and Professionalism: Demonstrate reliability and professionalism in all aspects of work.
  • Technical Aptitude: Possess technical/mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain production equipment.
  • Safety-Conscious Ability: Display safety-conscious ability to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills to lead a team effectively.
Working Conditions:
  • Lifting Capacity: Lifting of up to 20 Kg is required.
  • Mobility: Extensive walking on cement, standing, crouching, and bending are necessary.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible/rotating schedule, including weekend shifts.
