Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled SharePoint Developer to lead the migration of our SharePoint 2016 environment to SharePoint Online. This role will also involve transitioning existing forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint development, migration projects, and proficiency in Power Platform tools. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive migration plan, redesigning and migrating existing SharePoint Nintex forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate, customizing SharePoint Online sites, and developing new solutions to meet business requirements.

The candidate will also be responsible for integrating SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications, providing training and support to end-users on new features and functionalities, creating and maintaining technical documentation for all developed solutions and migration processes, and monitoring and optimizing the performance of SharePoint Online environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint development and migration projects.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016, Sharegate tool, Power Apps, Power Automate, Nintex, and related technologies.
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications in SharePoint and Power Platform are a plus.
