Senior SharePoint/Power Platform Consultant

We currently have a new opportunity for a Senior SharePoint/Power Platform Consultant in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, which will play a pivotal role in providing expert support and consultancy services to our customers. We are looking for someone with a proactive approach to customer engagement where they will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies, helping them to enhance their systems and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and consultancy services to customers within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
  • Help clients enhance their systems and processes through proactive engagement and solutions.
Skills required
  • Five or more years of experience in technical analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment
  • Five or more years of relevant experience as an integration developer
  • Experience as a Business/System Analyst including system design and specification
  • SharePoint support, deployment, configuration and development
  • SharePoint Collaboration Portal Development
  • Power Platform
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
    • Power Virtual Agents
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
