Job Title: Assistant Fulfillment Manager
About The Role

Our company is looking for an experienced Assistant Fulfillment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Fulfillment Manager in leading and developing a team of online personal shoppers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Fulfillment Manager in putting the team and customers first through day-to-day management of the department.
  • Coach teams to deliver exceptional shopping experiences through superb store standards in Food Safety, Safety, and On-Time Departure Home Delivery.
  • Ensure timely delivery to our customers.
  • Help shape the future of online shopping by contributing to innovative solutions and ideas.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for retailing, merchandising, team leadership, and development.
  • The ability to listen and learn from others, with a genuine care for both team and customers.
  • A drive to work collaboratively and end-to-end as one team.
  • Believe in always doing the right thing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Experience leading teams to deliver day-to-day running of a department.
  • Previous food safety operational experience.
