Drive Digital Innovation as a UX Designer

We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team at How 2 Drive, a global leader in online education. As a UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, working closely with our UX Lead and Product teams to deliver innovative and user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user experiences for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
