Head of Distance Education Position

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced education professional to lead our distance education team. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide support and guidance to staff and students.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the distance education team with vision, direction and inspiration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders including staff, students, parents and external partners.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Strong qualifications and/or experience in educational leadership.
  • Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills.
  • Ability to receive feedback and be a team player.
  • Active Christian faith.
