About Our Trainee Program
Are you a motivated individual looking to develop your skills and career in electrical design? At our organization, we are seeking talented individuals to join our Electrical Design Team as Trainees.
As an Electrical Design Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including designing additions and alterations to the electricity distribution network. This will involve working with our construction crews to ensure that designs are built according to specifications.
You will be responsible for scoping, designing, and estimating overhead, underground electrical lines and structures. Upon completion of the program, you could step into one of several careers, including Technical Design Officer, Project Manager, Customer Requests Officer, Maintenance Officer, or Technical Drafting Officer.
Our three-year program is designed to provide you with solid skills, real experience, and a future career that's going places. You will earn a nationally recognized TAFE certification and have the opportunity to build and learn practical skills from the best in the business.

To be eligible to apply, you need to meet one of the following pre-requisites:
- Units 1 & 2 pass in Maths Methods OR Physics (Year 11 equivalent)
- Currently completing (or completed) a Diploma in an electrical field
