Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Asset Manager in providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and entering asset details into the database, updating the Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule, and supplying stakeholders with Annual Maintenance Statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate records of asset information.
  • Coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Providing administrative support to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Certification in Commerce, Management, or Asset Maintenance (desired).
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
