Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Commercial Asset Manager based in Camellia, NSW. The Asset Manager will oversee property portfolios, coordinate property maintenance and develop asset management strategies. This position allows for a balance of in-office work and remote work from home.

Qualifications

  • Property management skills
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Industry experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus
  • Must hold a current Certificate of Registration and Drivers License
