Landscape Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced landscape team leader to join our team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team on job sites and ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality and within a set timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of up to 4 members
  • Assisting in planning, scheduling, and project management
  • Liaising with clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • All aspects of landscaping, including paving, brickwork, retaining walls, timber decks/gates/screening, plant set out and installation

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years' experience working as a landscaper with formal qualifications
  • A hard work ethic and ability to work autonomously
  • Trade skills or prior handyman skills desirable
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects occasionally
  • Australian Driver's License
