Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The role is based in Bendigo but will work on projects across regional and rural Victoria and Southern NSW.

  • Lead and manage all phases of civil construction projects, from planning through to completion.
  • Provide technical advice/direction as required.
  • Develop and oversee the project program, budget, and contract administration.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with specifications, approved plans, and client expectations.
  • Proactively identify and address risks and issues to keep projects on track and on budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful you will need:

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3+ years industry experience delivering multiple civil construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage budgets, and develop reports.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver projects to required standards.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, demonstrating foresight, planning, sound judgement and decision making, and attention to detail appropriate to the position.
