Successful candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills, ideally with experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field.

Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.

Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important.
