Employment Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Employment Specialist to connect people with disability to sustainable employment opportunities.

As an Employment Specialist, you will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organizations.

  1. Tailor services and support to meet the unique needs of each participant.
  2. Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants.
  3. Enhance employability through referral to support services and training.
  4. Provide in-employment support to sustain employment.
  5. Market participants' skills to prospective employers.
  6. Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks.
  7. Maintain accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements.
