About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join MADEC Australia as a Trainer and Assessor in the field of education and training. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and assessment services to clients in accordance with our quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities
  • Meet performance targets and deadlines

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of practical industry experience in education and training
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116) and current First Aid qualifications (HLTAID012)
  • White Card qualifications (CPCCWHS2001) and a National Police Check
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with a focus on customer service and professionalism
