The focus of our training services are to support those who are disengaged, disadvantaged or are second chance learners to develop their skills and confidence, whilst improving their education and employment outcomes through the delivery of industry and regional relevant training.

The delivery of our training services is via online learning, face to face training and/or placements with employers. We play a leadership role in the schools’ space through our school based programmes delivered in partnership with the South Australian and Victorian state governments. Our focus on students experiencing disadvantage is highlighted through our dedicated Learner Support development programme, which provides individualised support to students with barriers to training through a case management model.

A Nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO) we are proud to deliver accredited training to thousands of students annually in high priority industry areas. Our goals for training are simple - teach people skills to get the job they want and give employers the workforce they need.

**About the Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced First Aid & White Card Trainer & Assessor to join our dynamic team.

Our First Aid & White Card courses are very in demand, with our trainers responsible for delivering quality training and competency based assessments to willing students from diverse backgrounds and capabilities.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have;
- At least 2 years practical industry experience
- Hold a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40110 with TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 or TAE40116, or TAE40122) and;
- Current First Aid qualifications (minimum of HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting) and;

You will possess strong communication and excellent time management skills, and have a strong focus on customer service and conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism.

A National Police Check, Working with Children Check, full NDIS Check and required vaccinations are a requirement of this role.
