Job Description

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Front of House team in Point Cook. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering top-tier service with energy and passion
  • Driving sales on every shift through upselling and proactive guest engagement
  • Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and challenges
  • Ensuring the venue is well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
  • Providing excellent service across various areas, including the bar, reception, and functions
  • Following safety and compliance procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity
  • Customer service or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with diverse guests - teens, kids, and adults
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or willingness to obtain them

You'll also be asked a few questions when applying, including your eligibility to work in Australia, availability to start, and preferred days of work.
