Key Responsibilities:

  • Sushi Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook sushi ingredients according to established recipes and guidelines, maintaining the highest level of quality control throughout the process.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service during peak periods, providing exceptional support to achieve collective goals.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Develop and implement new sushi creations, leveraging your creativity and expertise to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sushi preparation and presentation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of various sushi styles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all aspects of the job.
