Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will provide hands-on support across projects delivered under the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) in South Australia. Your work will help manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive value. You will partner closely with project teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support the successful delivery of this essential government contract.

  • You will be responsible for providing expert commercial and contract administration support.
  • You will assist in reviewing and drafting contract terms, variations, extensions, and notices.
  • You will work closely with procurement and subcontract teams to establish agreements and manage downstream obligations.
  • You will maintain contract registers, portals, and correspondence, ensuring timely compliance with performance reporting, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
  • You will interpret financial and KPI models to support commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract administration principles and systems, as well as excellent communication skills able to simplify complex contract terms into clear guidance.

Additionally, the candidate should possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, Accounting, or Finance are preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial or contract administration roles, ideally in infrastructure or services sectors.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify risks or opportunities is essential.
  • Excellent time management skillset, with an agile and collaborative approach, is necessary.
