About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Angus & Coote Tuggeranong store to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury goods industry
