About the Role

We are seeking experienced Labourers and Trade Assistants to join our team at FlexiStaff. As a Labourer or Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting Tradesmen in carrying out construction and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Tradesmen in various trade environments, including mechanical fitting, machine operation, gardening, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools as required.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces, as necessary.
  • Perform manual handling tasks up to 20kgs.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • White Card (Compulsory)
  • Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, and Gas Testing Tickets
  • Relevant experience in Carpentry, Sheet Metalwork, Mechanical, and Concrete Production
  • High Risk License: Forklift and EWP (Desirable)
  • Valid C Class Licence and Reliable Transport
  • National Police Clearance and Proof of Working Rights
